Nollywood Actor Jim Iyke wants case settled out of court

Popular Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke Esomugha, has called for an out of court settlement in a case instituted against him by one Hajia Habiba Abubakar in an Abuja Magistrate Court.
Jim Iyke in a statement sent through his lawyer, Barrister Esther Uzoma, apologised for the embarrassment and media publicity the case has caused Hajia Habiba’s family and his family.
He described Hajia Habiba as a business associate and good friend of his family, saying both families have agreed to settle the lingering suit out of court.
