California police confirmed that they want to interview Justin Bieber when a photographer state that he was assault by Justine.

Justin was at a shopping centre north of Malibu when the supposed attack is said to have occurred.
The photographer, says that the attack happened while he was taking a picture of the Justin

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez his girlfriend had left the location in Calabasas by the time police officer arrived, the photographer was taken to the nearby hospital for treatment and he was later released.

The Los Angeles Country Sheriff Department are still investigating the case for further information.

The Police Spokeswoman Lillian Peck refuse to give extra niceties about the character of the altercation or any injuries experienced by the photographer.

Deputies are investigating the case as a misdemeanor battery complaint, a criminal offence in America involving unlawful physical contact
TMZ is reporting that the photographer is a professional photographer
Witnesses says, the man was blocking Justin Bieber's car as the entertainer was trying to leave.
It claims a fight started after the celebrity got out of his vehicle, asked the man to leave and he refuses.
There's been no comment yet from Justin Bieber.
